Kinroc House

We absolutely loved this property, perfect for a large group with multiple families to sleep comfortably. We are absolutely excited to stay again this year! The layout was perfect for our group of 20 though one couple had to sleep on a blow up, it was still manageable. The two seperste lounge areas were great to be shared between the age groups of adults and kids. Perfect amenities, perfect stay We just loved it.

I adressed these on our stay with admin but it was all quite minor perhaps just hadn't been stayed in for a while so build up of dust, spiders, some things just needed some maintenance eg appliances pizza oven etc but all things have been addressed. We are pretty chill anyway so were able to navigate. Be mindful for tall or heavy people the bunk rooms and bunks are pretty flimsy. They were good for the little ones but not the most comfy for a one week stay I guess that's up to the person though. Might just need some thicker mattresses but again still did the job.

Large home suitable for a large family holiday

Needs a good thorough clean and a bit of maintenance throughout the whole property. Also some sort of screening in the back yard when the kids play with the tennis balls. Neighbours are sick of the noise. Still a great home for a getaway.
