Located on the second floor, this generously-sized apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips. The dining area comfortably seats four people, perfect for enjoying meals together.
The living room boasts a cozy sofa bed and a smart TV, providing a great space to relax and unwind, together with the private balcony. The living area also includes a dedicated work desk with a reclining chair, ideal for guests who need to catch up on work or plan their next adventure.
The master bedroom is a serene haven with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a spacious closet. You'll also find a safe box for your valuables. For added convenience, there is a laundry closet with a washer and dryer, so you can keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the apartment and all shared condominium amenities, including the pool and private parking. The building features 24/7 security to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

Tulum is a bike-friendly town with bike paths and bike racks on main avenues, making it an eco-friendly and enjoyable way to get around. If you plan to discover the town and visit the nearby cenotes, a bike or scooter will be your best companion.
However, if you're looking to explore destinations beyond Tulum, like Akumal, Valladolid, Bacalar, or other more distant cenotes, renting a car is the most practical option. It gives you the freedom to travel at your own pace and visit these incredible places comfortably.
