About this villa rental
This is a 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath Villa. Each Bedroom has its own private on-suite bathroom plus an additional half bath downstairs . Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and a 65" Samsung TV is provided in the main living area. Each TV is equipped with either Roku or Firestick which provides access to Netflix and other programing. There is an Air Conditioner in each bedroom and another one in the downstairs living area.
Located in prestigious Aldea Zama and just 5 minutes from Tulum Beaches, Tulum Town and the Tulum Archeological Site you are in the center of all that is Tulum. All areas are easily accessible via extensive paved bike paths and our manager can help you rent bicycles. Restaurants and a large modern Supermarket (Chedraui) are all conveniently located nearby as well.
The Villa is well appointed and furnished with custom built designer furniture. From the living area step through the glass, sliding doors and enjoy the patio where you will find an outdoor dining table that seats six.
The Kitchen features modern appliances, amenities and conveniences you might expect along with an oversized cooktop for those days when you might consider cooking rather than eating out. Of course dishware, utensils and cookware are provided.
Located on the 3rd floor is an outdoor Terrace where you enjoy your morning coffee or to relax after fun day at the beach with a glass of your favorite wine or other beverage. A washing machine and dryer are also located on the 3rd floor for your convenience.
Just steps away you will find two swimming pools where you can swim and relax. Both pools have Palapa areas and the pool nearest our Villa has a charcoal BBQ grill for your use. There are outdoor showers and a bathroom by the pool. We provide two beach chairs and beach towels.
Private security is provided 24/7 for your safety. You can ask the security guard to call a taxi for you and they will arrive in minutes.
You will be met by our management upon your arrival. They will answer any questions you might have and will be available to help during your stay. We will give you their phone number so that you can give them your arrival time and they will be waiting for you. You can contact them if you need anything. Let us know if you need directions or need to know the best way to get to our villa. There is a parking space in front of the unit for your use.

Beautiful three story space with plenty of privacy, bathrooms and fantastic amenities. Secure location for parking. Wonderful folks to deal with. I highly recommend.

We LOVED this condo. The architecture and furnishings are quite modern. It's in a quiet neighborhood [except for the construction, but that's going on everywhere in the area] but walking distance to shops and restaurants. It's biking/taxi/driving distance to wonderful beaches and beach clubs. There's a terrific grocery store a bit of a walk away [we walked there, took a taxi back].
The condo itself is roomy, modern, beautiful, and we felt safe: just what we were looking for. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well-equipped. There are outdoor spaces [back patio and 3rd floor terrace], which are always nice. There's a shower just outside [near the pool] so you can wash off the beach before you go back in the condo.
The AC in one bedroom did not work at first, but a repair guy came out the same day and fixed it.
Overall, we had a wonderful time, and would definitely stay here again!
