A big thanks to Bong at reception. she is a 1st class operator. cannot speak more highly about her. Speaks english very well. helped me out with tour for Ba Na Hills and problem with my phone sim. hotel in good location to access beach, food, and walk to bridges.

Booked for 3 nights and I extended for another 5. Cosy clean room and I slept well. The staff are very nice. Location was great for me (I like walking) I would, and probably will return.

There was a bell-hop. At least I think you would call him that but he wasn't wearing a uniform. He carried my heavy luggage up the steep 14 steps into the lobby. The lobby area is large and the front desk staff spoke English. Up the slow elevator to my room. The first thing I noticed was the motion detector activated lights. Unfortunately, that illuminated the horribly stained super thin carpets that should have been replaced a couple of decades ago. Moving on. When the bell hop opened the door we were hit with a gust of super hot air. WTF? He bravely entered first and turned on the mini split air conditioner and the air moving device. He also admonished me by miming to NOT touch the windows because they were so fuggin hot. In fact, the room was sweat worthy hot until around midnight. At about 1:00 AM the room finally cooled enough to use the covers on the nicely firm bed. But for the rest of my stay of 2 days the room would not get cool enough until midnight. :( The mini just wasn't powerful enough to overcome the extreme heat in the room. Gián con ở khắp mọi nơi, trên giường, gối, chăn nệm, bàn ghế, toilet,.. quá khủng khiếp!!! mình book 1 đêm mà ở 2 tiếng phải check out bỏ của chạy lấy người! không bao giờ quay lại, và đề nghị khách khác không nên ở. đọc review Agoda mà thấy dối gian!
