    Stayed there for over a week the room was clean, big comfy beds, the two girls on the front desk were super friendly and helpful, even let us borrow a motorcycle helmet when ours got wet, always super helpful, the location is good no near by noise and great value for your money, I’d stay here again

    This place is the worst hotel ever the bed in the room had BED BUGS !!! When I asked to be moved I was moved to another room and it also had BED BUGS !!! Just horrible !!

    The room was big. Staffs are friendly. However, the room was very dirty. It looks it wasn't clean for like a month. Tiles were white colors but turns out to be brownishh. Needs cleaning overall

    First, I will never return to this hotel. There is virtually no customer service. It is almost like they do not care about their customer. The lift has skid marks of some spilled fluid, the room had old and thread bare towels, room was not properly cleaned and the shower area was dirty with the corners looking like they have not been cleaned for a while. Second, I was allocated a room different to what I booked despite showing them the picture, but it made no difference to staff. One the second them I complained and was allocated the right room, but there was no fridge. I was advised I will have another day after a customer has checked out for me to get the fridge. I did get the fridge a day after. They had a 20 year receptionist who looked 15 years old who was far more interested on her phone than serving customers. The staff could not speak English and relied on their phone for translation. This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed and I have travelled to over 40 countries over many years. There is no genuine attempt to hep customers in this hotel or even to check if you're enjoying your stay.
