    We had a great stay at Sea Dragon Hotel. 15mins walk from the coast. A choice of 4 freshly cooked Vietnamese breakfasts. Restaurants and small markets very close by. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. And always smiling. The room was cleaned every day, and we got fresh towels every day. We had a kitchen area which was great, we would have like more cutlery. We also had a washing machine which was a god send! We would definitely stay again.

    Here's a cleaner and more polished version that still sounds like a genuine personal review: I stayed at Sea Dragon Apartment and Hotel for a week after arriving in Da Nang. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the moment I checked in. When I entered the room, it was clear that it had not been cleaned properly. There was hair from previous guests on the furniture and countertops, the toilet had not been properly wiped down, and there were spider webs in several areas of the room. On top of that, there was loud construction taking place on the lot next door. I immediately spoke with reception and requested a different room. The alternative room was slightly cleaner, but the construction noise was still very noticeable, and the balcony overlooked a yard filled with garbage. Since my original room at least had a city view, I decided to keep it and asked that housekeeping return to clean it properly. I was told they could come the following morning, which was too long to wait given the condition of the room. I ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the room myself so I could feel comfortable staying there. Housekeeping eventually came two days later. The construction noise turned out to be one of the biggest issues during my stay. It started every morning at 7:00 a.m. and continued until around 6:00 p.m. As someone on vacation, it was nearly impossible to sleep in, relax, or enjoy any quiet time in the room for most of the day. The noise was so disruptive that I often had to leave the hotel as soon as construction started and continue sleeping on beach chairs nearby. The location was convenient, but the poor cleanliness, delayed response from housekeeping, and constant construction noise made it difficult to enjoy my stay.

    This hotel was a great stay. Nothing was really walkable but it was a short 5-10 minute grab bikes to where ever you needed to go. It was clean, staff was very nice and the room had everything you needed. Of course you can’t compare to Marriott standards but it was still a nice stay. AC was cold, they had free toiletries and a mini bar you could pay for. TV had Netflix. There just wasn’t any amenities, no pool, no gym.
