The construction noise at the Kim Ngan was unbearable. Starts early and never seems to finish. I had to leave multiple times as it was like hearing cats claw walls. Besides that, the room was clean however I lost power on my first night so they gave me a second room and still let me keep my original room so that I didn't have to carry all of my stuff upstairs. Bit of a pain but the room was very decently sized with windows (However I saw 2 tourists downstairs who weren't so lucky and got the room without the windows - always check your bookings and the images attached to your room selection so I feel like that was possibly on them however Da Nang hotels are known for switching rooms on people when they're overbooked so that could have been the case too). Was pretty happy to move out of here due to the construction noise.
