    I love this Hotel because it is very clean and a beautiful, large room. The rooftop pool was so nice and I also used the small gym in the lobby. Nice staff and nice local area with cafes and restaurants

    Fantastic stay at Rest Hotel & Apartments! I had a brilliant experience here. The hotel is clean, comfortable and welcoming, but what really made the stay exceptional was the staff. Khoa, Yen, Ly and Dan were all incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The service was excellent, the atmosphere relaxed, and I felt very well looked after from the moment I arrived. It’s the sort of hospitality that makes a real difference when you’re travelling. A huge thank you to Khoa, Yen, Ly and Dan for making my stay such a good one. I’d happily stay at Rest Hotel & Apartments again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang. Five stars — thoroughly deserved! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Avoid this place if you need a functional room and normal service. I I stayed here for about a month and it was a constant headache. The air conditioners barely work, I had to test several rooms where the temperature wouldn't drop below 27–29°C. They put me in a penthouse at first because my booked room wasn't ready, but then constantly kicked me out and moved me back whenever the owner was in town, acting like they did me a favor while using it to ignore basic problems. On top of that, an ignored roof leak ended up flooding the floor late at night, there were ants on the tables, bad drain smells, and door locks that barely functioned. When the leak happened again and I asked for a basic, working room, staff literally started shouting at me in the lobby instead of dealing with the problem. I ended up cutting my stay short and leaving a paid night on the table just to get out of there. Not worth the hassle.
