This apartment is on the second floor with stair only access. You will enter the unit to an open living, dining and kitchen area. King and queen bedrooms are down the hallway along with the bathroom.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the whole apartment. The building has five apartments in total with quiet and respectful neighbors.
The Neighborhood:
Historic, scenic, peaceful. The quaint Corn Hill Neighborhood is nestled away in a quiet corner of downtown Rochester. Many old brick homes have been beautifully converted and some remain as elegant, single-family homes.
Getting Around:
You will have designated, private parking for one vehicle just steps away from the building's entrance. Public bus transportation is a few blocks away. There is no lack of Uber or Lyft availability to take you wherever you need to go!

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Due to the historic nature of the neighborhood and surrounding buildings, smoking or vaping on the entire premises is strictly prohibited and enforced. For guests who smoke or vape, this can be done on the sidewalk at the front of the building.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 for the weekend. The apartment was clean, kitchen was very well stocked & the host made sure there was everything we needed for our stay. Host gave very easy arrival & check in instructions. The apartment is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, and we LOVED that everywhere we went throughout the weekend was within a 5-10 minute drive, the apartment is very close to downtown. We will definitely be back!
