About this apartment rental
Relax in our newly-remodeled Victorian home in the "hip" South Wedge neighborhood of Rochester. It takes less than 9 minutes to walk to the local coffee shops, restaurants, bars, organic grocery co-op, yoga studio, corner store, and our favorite dessert shop.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchenware you would need. We have a queen-size air mattress if you need to host up to 6 people overnight. There is a common area with laundry and free detergent that you will see when you see when you first walk in.
We live in the back unit and work from home, so if you ever need anything we are always happy to help.

The kitchen had the basic essentials for preparing a meal. Entire unit was well laid out. Some well worn. Any issues were promptly remedied. Good, clean linens. Nice to meet the hosts. Sweet coop garden next door and centrally located to RIT along with Highland Park and Genesee River walking trail close by made it a perfect location for our nephew's graduation. We really enjoyed our stay.

My son and I were in town to visit Eastman. We loved staying here! We felt right at home, had plenty of room, comfy beds, a well-appointed kitchen and excellent shower. The neighborhood is also particularly lovely! We will absolutely stay again given the opportunity.
