About this apartment rental
Relax in our newly-remodeled Victorian home in the "hip" South Wedge neighborhood of Rochester. It takes less than 9 minutes to walk to the local coffee shops, restaurants, bars, organic grocery co-op, yoga studio, corner store, and our favorite dessert shop.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchenware you would need. We have a queen-size air mattress if you need to host up to 6 people overnight. There is a common area with laundry and free detergent that you will see when you see when you first walk in.
We live in the back unit and work from home, so if you ever need anything we are always happy to help.

This location was great. The space was cozy, we stayed in the downstairs unit. Parking was simple. We were close to so many rad places to eat, and close enough to grab our kiddo at Eastman to spend a couple of nights with us. Access to a washing machine was super helpful. And, the hosts were on site just in case. We will try and book this vrbo again next time we visit our kiddo. Thank you for also having some coffee available, our flight arrived so late, so that was a morning bonus. Clean & Cozy.

Everything we needed for stay was provided, as well as some nice “surprises”. We plan to book again when in Rochester. Thank you to our hosts!
