Quiet location, quick drive from the Main Street and beach of Rye. Had a good yard for dogs as well as outdoor area. Had everything needed for our stay. Modern finishes.
Communication initially wasn’t great, was confirmed an early check in of 2pm (an hour earlier than regular check in time) then was told the day before they were unable to do so (BUT was only told by chance as I was the one who contacted them to confirm the early check in time!).. this would have been super inconvenient after a 4 hour drive to have arrived earlier at the property & it had not been ready especially with our dogs, two small children and a wedding to get to at 4pm! Thankfully however, they did manage to arrange the cleaners to have the property ready earlier (but only with 2 hours notice lol). Anyway, still grateful for management making this happen! Also definitely not the fault of the accommodation but the neighbours next door were having a domestic on the last night we were there, a lot of loud profanity that lasted most of the night and with two small children asleep in bed, it wasn’t ideal!!
