Great place with plenty of room! Well furnished and very clean!

It is a simple holiday accommodation, great for a family or a large group. Everything works, plenty of space, nice furniture, very comfortable. we went to the back beach (in the car) to watch the sunset - it was absolutely beautiful, on a grand scale. The back beach walks are great, Rye cafes and supermarket not far away. we'll be back ))

The property boasted 4 bedrooms in the main upstairs quarter of the house, with a toilet, bathroom, kitchen and main living area. This part of the house was quite clean and well maintained. Appropriate photos uploaded to the listing. We loved using the bbq provided snd enjoyed our Easter weekend away.

We had intended to use the downstairs quarter which had room for x2 children and x2 adults plus a living area, kitchenette and bathroom facilities. We intended this space to be used for the family with children to stay in. However the facilities downstairs were quite run down, ceiling had holes in it, and entrance was through the garage roller door. Would not recommend this as a place to stay with children. The owners were lovely when we brought our discomfort to their attention and came with lots of supplies to patch up the ceiling :) Overall lots of mosquitoes both upstairs and downstairs, so in future bring lots of spray!
