Discover this light-filled haven designed for easy beachside living. The main living area sets a relaxed tone with soft seating, making it a welcoming spot for conversation or quiet downtime. The second living area offers a separate retreat with a wall-mounted TV, ideal for movie nights.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for effortless meals, including an oven, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and ample prep space. The adjoining dining area offers a bright, welcoming spot for casual breakfasts and simple shared moments, with an easy flow to the deck for groups who prefer to spread out.
Step onto the covered deck, where a glass-top dining setting encourages relaxed alfresco meals and a hanging chair creates a cosy nook for reading. A gas BBQ supports outdoor cooking, while a small staircase leads down to the private pool deck, where the pool sit surrounded by leafy greenery. Sun loungers provide a quiet place to dry off between swims, and as the evening cools, the fire pit becomes an inviting spot to unwind under the starlit sky.
Inside, each bedroom is designed as a quiet retreat, with comfortable bedding and portable heaters for cooler nights. There are three queen-sized bedrooms, one with its own ensuite, and a fourth bedroom fitted with two sets of bunk beds. The main bathroom includes both a shower and a deep bathtub, offering a relaxing way to recharge after a day at the coast.
A laundry with a washer and dryer supports longer stays. Parking is available in the carport and driveway for up to three vehicles. Year-round comfort is ensured with central air conditioning and heating.

Set in a peaceful pocket of Rye, the home sits about a 13-minute walk from Tyrone Foreshore, where calm waters and a relaxed shoreline invite easy morning dips. Continue strolling along the foreshore to reach Rye Beach. Nearby, the dining scene along Point Nepean Road offers plenty of choice—Del Posto 2409, Ruby Modern Thai, Mr Bentley and Papi’s Pizza all serve vibrant flavours just moments from the water. After dinner, wander to Rye Pier for breathtaking sunset views across the bay. For days out, The Dunes Golf Links is a 10-minute drive, while Point Nepean National Park sits around 18 minutes away, offering sweeping coastal trails and historic landmarks.
