ENJOY A LOVELY FAMILY HOME JUST A FEW MINUTES WALK TO THE BEAUTIFUL, CHILD FRIENDLY TYRONE BEACH.

Spacious, clean and comfortable, this attractive 4 bedroom holiday home is ideal for 2 families to share a summer holiday, for 3 couples or for a small group of friends. Why not have your "girls' weekend" here? Just 10-15 minutes from Peninsula Hot Springs and close to many fabulous wineries for lunch. Ideally located for a golfing getaway as well. (SORRY: NO SCHOOLIES)

Although the house can sleep a total of 8 people, we do require a maximum of seven adults only.


Charmingly furnished, the home features 4 bedrooms, kitchen, separate dining room, large living room and a laundry with washing machine and drier. The home has one full bathroom, plus a separate 2nd toilet and shower. All of this with a split system air conditioner and heater, as well as a cosy Coonara wood heater to add warmth and ambience in those cooler months. (Wood supplied) The kitchen has been recently renovated. It is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and microwave.

The outside area is spacious. A large new deck, furnished with barbecue and outdoor setting, captures the sun even in autumn, winter and spring. A pretty cottage garden borders the deck and side/back lawns.

The securely fenced front and back yards make it most suitable for children to play.

There is also ample off street parking for cars as well as a car port. Please no boats.

The house is ideally situated. It is set in a quiet, tree lined street. There's no need to to use the car to get to the waves and sand; it's an easy 8 minute stroll to the well known Tyrone Beach - safe and beautiful.You can indulge in the Blairgowrie cafe scene after a 20 minute walk or drive to the shops and restaurants in nearby Sorrento and Rye. Alternatively, you can drive up to the hills to wine and dine in one of the many fine wineries or pamper yourself at the nearby Peninsula Hot Springs. The more active can explore the Point Nepean National Park, play a round of golf at one of the many golf courses, take the children horse riding or trek along one of the many scenic walking tracks.

A great property in a quiet location and easy walk to the beach. The home was clean and spacious with a large lounge and cosy fire. Having a second bathroom was very handy for a family of five. It also has a lovely outdoor area, garden and plenty of off street parking.
