The Space:

Located just a short stroll to one of the Peninsulas iconic beaches, Tyrone Foreshore, 'The Sandbar' is well positioned to take advantage of everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. With the addition of a good sized flat and secure rear yard, all visible from the comfort of the main living areas, the kids will be entertained for hours.



Making the most of its northerly aspect the main living areas including the kitchen and outdoor entertaining area are bathed in sunshine.



For those balmy summer nights a fully equipped kitchen including all the mod cons you’d expect of a property of this stature or outdoor gas bbq are the ideal place to prepare a meal of flathead tails & salad.



Comfortably sleeping one or two families there is enough room for 8 people to relax in comfort.



After returning from a day at the beach each living area has its own television and DVD player making it the ideal place for kids to retreat to whilst the parents relax with a glass of wine at the other end of the home.



This is a wonderful property in a prime location and the ideal place for you to enjoy your next beach getaway.

We have also provided a starter pack of toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, coffee, tea and sugar for your convenience. However, if your stay is longer you may need to bring or purchase more of these items.

Loved the location of the property. Just a short walk to the front beach right near the pedestrian lights so perfect for kids crossing the road The house was clean although a few daddy long legs spiders kept the kids on their toes. Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful, lots of good spaces to entertain ourselves and two little ones, my grand children! Appreciated the extra amenities. Table tennis games, boats, and outdoor areas.
