Welcome to Garden Elegance in Blairgowrie!
Experience the ultimate luxury getaway at this stunning two-level beachside holiday home. Designed with comfort and style in mind, this property offers two spacious living areas with a cozy open fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. A chef’s kitchen with premium appliances flows seamlessly to alfresco area featuring a BBQ, TV, and built-in wine cooler.
There’s a dedicated games room with table tennis and plenty of grassed areas for children to run and play. Kids will love the rear sloping, fenced lawn with ample shade or the private, tea tree-lined front yard. The fully sealed driveway and gated entrance provide extra security and peace of mind.
The master bedroom upstairs features a king bed, TV, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in robe (sleeps 2). Downstairs, there’s a queen bedroom (sleeps 2), a triple bunk with trundle, and a games room with a queen sofa bed for extra guests.
The home is fully air-conditioned and heated for year-round comfort. Linen and bath towels are provided, and the property is pet-friendly, so your furry friends are welcome! A laundry with a washing machine and dryer is also included.
Ample parking is available with a double carport and secure space for a caravan or boat behind a roller gate.
Located just a 5-minute stroll from the iconic Blairgowrie front beach and a 10-minute drive to award-winning vineyards, the Peninsula Hot Springs, and world-class golf courses. The beautiful Point Nepean National Park and its breathtaking views are also a short drive away. Whether it’s kids' surfing lessons, relaxing on pristine beaches, or exploring the local wineries, there’s something for everyone.
Your reservation includes the entire house, offering privacy and exclusivity. Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive detailed access instructions. All linen, bath towels, and starter amenities are included in the price for your convenience.

We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is incredible. We loved the upstairs living areas and were in heaven with the fire place. The house is very quiet and private, all aspects are green and gorgeous. The master and ensuite are lovely. It was great having a separate living area downstairs for kids. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighbourhood is lovely and the beach is so close. The Property Mums team were amazing to deal with, so helpful and fast responses. We would absolutely love to return! I highly recommend this gorgeous house and the wonderful Property Mums team!!!

We had a great stay over Easter with everything we could have asked for in the house - even a box of firelighters ready to go. Incredibly equipped kitchen and immaculately presented. Thanks for a great stay, we will come again.
