Located across from Blairgowrie Marina and foreshore, and walking distance to the Village, this luxury retreat is one of the area’s finest. Freshly furnished and styled throughout (Dec ‘22), features include a solar-heated pool, expansive north facing indoor and outdoor living spaces, a family retreat, games area, plus gourmet kitchen facilities including a butler’s pantry and wet bar with servery. With plenty of room to relax and play, it is best suited to family or mature group getaways.

IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 30 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• This property welcomes the family dog on application, with pets subject to conditions if approved.

Had a fabulous stay with the family. The house was gorgeous and had everything we could need. The kitchen was excellently stocked with everything I needed to cook.

Our family of 7 adults plus a toddler had a lovely stay at this property. Great location plus it had every amenity you could want plus very comfortable beds. We highly recommend this house but the only downfall we found was the lack of a door to the large master upstairs from a noise point of view with children in tow.
