The entry level features an enormous bunk room that sleeps up to six, making it the perfect funky holiday base for children or teenagers. This space includes its own fresh and functional bathroom and laundry, ensuring smooth transitions after long beach days.
Outside, the downstairs alfresco area features a BBQ and a Sunlighten Sauna for guests to enjoy.

Venture upstairs to discover where this relaxed beachside home truly shines. The open-plan lounge and dining area opens to expansive decking, where you can sip evening cocktails, dine alfresco, or simply unwind as the sun dips below the horizon. Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): Two single bunk beds and a daybed that pulls out to a double, sleeping up to 6.
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): King bed.

This sought-after home is located on the Sorrento side of Blairgowrie, just a five-minute stroll to the iconic Koonya General Store for your morning coffee and sourdough. Enjoy a flat, dog-friendly 15-minute walk to the front beach or a quick drive to Sorrento’s boutique shops and restaurants. The Mornington Peninsula’s renowned wineries, hot springs, and adventure spots are all at your doorstep.
Whether you’re after family fun, romantic seclusion, or a mix of both, this coastal gem has it all.
Well behaved pets welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones

The property was beautiful and clean. The location was fabulous. Close to the beach. Close to Sorrento and Blairgowrie shops. The view was fantastic. Loved sitting on the balcony. Totally relaxing. I would recommend it to anyone. We will come back again.

Extremely comfortable property that is better than it's photos. Beds were extremely comfortable and the linen was beautiful and clean. Bath towels were provided and bathroom products were an added bonus. Lots of room to spread out and brilliant BBQ downstairs with a huge outdoor table.
Three outdoor decks and lots of windows and sliding doors to open allowing the entire house to get a breeze.
Only downside to property were side decks had lots of cobwebs and leaves with the furniture needing a wipe down before you could use them and I had to WD40 the sliding doors to use them. Kitchen utensils/pots/pans felt like they needed a clean before you used them and cupboards and drawers were messy.
Aside from that everything else was presented well and functional with a gorgeous dinner set and lots of glassware.
I would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family to stay.

This is a great house for a holiday. Lots of room upstairs. The balcony is fantastic. Outdoor furniture terrific. Kitchen really well stocked, bbq huge! lovely linen. Only "if" was the screens are hard to open and close and there were alot of spider webs outside. Loved our 5 days . Would return
