Perfect location at the beach front. Close to pubs and restaurants. Annexe was a real rare find. Spotless with all the bits and bobs u need when away from home. Comfy bed, lovely wet room and garden to sit out in if u wish to.
Absolutely nothing. Underfloor heating was luxury but couldn't find off switch.

The location was fantastic .There was a fabulous view from the lounge overlooking the river Lossie and the sea with dunes and sandy beach just over the road. Sheila and Bill were lovely hosts , very friendly and on hand if anything was required . The Annexe was spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you could want to self-cater. Lossiemouth itself was friendly with various shops, cafe's , restaurants and pubs to choose from as well as small supermarkets and an independant bakery.

Beautiful position with views over the river and beach. Central location for shops and restaurants, but also quiet. Very comfortable, clean, and a wonderful spacious bathroom.
