Rien de vraiment positif à retenir, un logement très quelconque que je ne recommanderais pas particulièrement
Très déçu par le manque de sérieux et de professionnalisme des hôtes. Cela fait maintenant 15 jours que j’attends une facture, malgré plusieurs demandes restées sans réponse. Aucun retour, aucune explication, pas même la courtoisie de répondre aux messages. Un tel manque de réactivité et de considération envers les clients est regrettable et nuit fortement à l’expérience globale. Je ne m’attendais pas à ce niveau de service pour une réservation effectuée via Booking. À cela s’ajoute une première impression particulièrement désagréable dès l’arrivée : on est accueillis dans le hall d’entrée par des poubelles et leurs odeurs.
