Great find. Perfect location for exploring Bourges!

Perfect property for our family of 4 on a stopover back up to Calais. Great location in the heart of Bourges. Had no problems with parking with the bikes on the roof of the car (parked in the square around the corner at the recommendation of the owners).

Cozy place but not for everybody

Excellent location in old town, cozy place well decorated

The room we got was not good for tall people- My husband is 6.5 and had to walk bent the whole time not to hit his head on the various beams througout the main area - He could never make it to the mezzanine bed, so we used the pull out bed -Also not sure why this place shows as a hotel as it fonctions just as an AirBnB-never saw anybody, got access codes and instructions thru mail …

Perfect central location in Old Bourges. Comfortable beds. Kitchen facilities.

We were tired and hot on arrival with 3 children. The sofa beds were not made up and there were no fans for air conditioning.

Perfect ⭐️

The cleanliness of the bedding and comfort of the high quality furnishings. The power shower and the abundance of towels. After a long drive I also appreciate the self check in . The location of the apartment.. well it can’t get better you are in the heart the cathedral in sight and sound. The owners are not present, but the instructions were clearly written, they were also available on text . In the apartment we found a folder with all the recommendations we needed. I will surely keep this address. Thank you for the good accommodations

Hospitality and Human Contact Sorely Needed!

The location was excellent—it was close to everything I wanted to see in Bourges. I appreciated the extra effort the owner/manager took when I asked if I could arrive earlier in the day and leave my suitcase at the apartment.

I have never felt so unwelcome during a stay in an apartment. The experience was impersonal and sterile. I had four problems when I arrived: a vacuum sweeper was left in the bathroom area, which was rather small and cramped. I was afraid I would trip over it and sent a message through booking.com messenger asking if the vacuum could be removed. (The apartment is fairly small, its layout a bit choppy, and I needed some space). In addition, there was only ONE coffee pod left—not even enough for one breakfast. Finally, there was a huge duvet placed on top of the washing machine, which took up a lot of precious space, which would have been an ideal place to put toiletries. I asked for duvet to be removed as well as the vacuum. Finally, the info left for guests (only in French) indicated that there was laundry detergent under the sink. I could only find what I believe was detergent for the dishwasher. During my four night stay in Bourges, I never received a response from the owner or manager, much less had the requests and questions addressed. (And let me be clear—I never had any contact with the owner/manager or any staff during the entire visit.) I had to depend on carry-out coffee from the bakery—which, in addition to not being very good coffee, was chilled by the time I got it back to the apartment. The apartment was not cleaned during my days there, so the trash accumulated to the overflowing point. I had to ration toilet paper, too. This is not my idea of pleasant vacation accommodations. My not-very-good experience could have been avoided by some simple courtesy and communication. Hospitality requires some human contact in order to make guests comfortable. Oh, yes, in the photo that I included to show the duvet, you see the ONE hanger that was provided.

La localisation du logement. Le fait d'avoir pu réserver pour ma famille et que chacun avez un espace à lui et le fait de pouvoir se retrouver pour les repas. plutot bien équipé et commode.

Pas de hotes aspirantes dans des cuisines ouvertes sur le séjour... Des amas de poussière derrière des portes, sur le corniches, et la douche du deuxième était pleine de tartre/encrassée dans les angles (J'ai signalé au propriétaire que le ménage était passable). Le mobilier du premier (chaises) et le tiroir du meuble de sdb du deuxième mérite d'être réviser , sinon il va y avoir de la casse (j'ai signalé). C'était un budget significatif pour une réservation complète (qu'on ne pouvait pas personnaliser au niveau des dates de réservation en fonction des arrivées des un et des autres sur les différents appartement). A ce prix ou s'attend à une certaine qualité de prestation, qui n'était pas totalement au RDV, et c'est dommage car il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ça le soit.

Petit appartement pratique pour un arrêt express

Emplacement pittoresque dans la vieille ville à deux pas de la cathédrale. Appartement globalement au calme et fonctionnel, pratique pour un arrêt d'une nuit sur la route des vacances. Pas de place de parking mais la possibilité de se garer dans la rue pas très loin.

Nous n'avions pas mesuré à quel point le logement était petit 😅 Il est bien agencé mais ça reste exigu pour une famille de 4. La porte entre la chambre et la cuisine a été retirée et il n'y a pas de rideaux sur la verrière qui sépare la cuisine de la chambre donc il est difficile d'avoir un “rythme” différent entre les deux pièces... soit tout le monde dort, soir personne 😬

La casa si trova nel centro storico di Bourges a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale. Piccolo appartamento arredato in modo accogliente, assolutamente silenzioso e dotato di molto spazio per una coppia come lo abbiamo vissuto noi Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento numero 1 al primo piano.

La scala in legno dall'ingresso stradale al primo piano è piuttosto ripida e stretta e quindi difficoltoso salirci con valigie e/o trolley.

La localisation est top , proche centre et cathédrale, et l'appartement est très silencieux malgré tout. Les hôtes sont prévenants et réactifs. Nous avons aimé notre séjour.

Idéal pour 2 mais un peu petit pour 4 personnes. C'est bien pour une nuit mais ne conviendrait pas pour un séjour plus long je pense.
