La literie de la chambre avec 2 lits, l'éclairage défaillant dans la chambre parentale, l'éclairage du séjour trop faible la nuit, les couteaux de cuisine qui ne coupent pas et le manque de planche à découper

Très bien. Lits faits, serviettes disponibles, eau chaude. Logement propre. Bien situé. Nous recommandons.
Chambre un peu bruyante (fenêtre peu insonorisée) et matelas des lits simples relativement mous.

Emplacement par rapport au centre ville
Pas vraiment sale, mais pas vraiment propre non plus. Un appartement vieillissant, simplement remis en état en surface.
