La posizione, il parcheggio le ottime dimensioni dell’alloggio e la disponibilità del proprietario.
Avrei gradito un paio di cialde per un caffè veloce e qualche bottiglietta d’acqua.

La posizione centrale dell'alloggio nella città.
Il fatto che uno dei wc fosse fuori dalla camera e costringesse a fare una scala ripida con gradini stretti per raggiungerlo. Scala molto ripida e pericolosa soprattutto la notte se si doveva usufruire del wc durante il sonno. La difficoltà a raggiungere l'alloggio il primo giorno in auto a causa delle viuzze strette e dei divieti di transito e le colonnine dei dissuasori mobili.

La pulizia piuttosto approssimativa. Cucina poco attrezzata ( ex. Mancanza tazzine caffè). Assenza condizionatore.
