L'hébergement est bien décoré et très bien situé. Le garage est très appréciable et il est tout prêt de l'hébergement. Il faisait chaud dans le logement qui est sur 2 niveaux dont un mansardé mais la climatisation permet de réduire la température.
L'escalier est très en pente. Cela surprend au début mais après on s'habitue.

Appartement très bien situé, bien agencé avec tout le confort.
Petit bémol, l’escalier d’accès aux chambres est très raide ; le propriétaire le signale d’ailleurs ; à éviter si l’on a des problèmes : genoux ou autres. Ceci dit à 76 et 84 ans nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et apprécié le garage : à Bourges on peut tout faire à pieds.

L’appartement etait propre et confort correct pour un court passage.
L’été, chaleur imprtante sous les toits. Clim inopererante dans le salon nuit difficile, dans la chambre c’etait ok meme si bruit important de la clim. Petit appartement oú on se sent un peu à l’etroit, pour une nuit c’est ok.
