Location, location, location. The parking space was a godsend considering the activities at the MCG that weekend.

Location excellent. Very clean except for mould in Bath/Shower. Free parking at the back. Easy to find from instructions. Plus access to unit.
The air conditioning. Didn’t appear to have hot air. Definitely the cool air came out as husband first put on incorrectly. But once changed air came out but didn’t feel very warm. Mould in shower. Easy to fix just get mould remover in to re grout. Husband did complain his pillow was too soft.

The location was wonderful. My son lives on Gipps street so couldn’t be a better location for me
It was bright, clean and easy to find however I am in my 70s and my room was on the second floor which made it difficult to carry a suitcase!

The bed was comfortable and free parking
The balcony door lock didn’t work which was a security risk. The milk in the fridge had already been opened, I only noticed in the morning when I wanted a coffee so couldn’t use it. The shower was a bit dirty looking due to grout stain and the wooden base.
There is no wifi
