The space This is a gorgeous space with timber flooring and modern fittings and finishes. The kitchen offers a contemporary design and appliances, while open-plan living and dining includes a four-person table and leather lounge. There’s an additional sitting room with a single sofa bed and a cosy bedroom with queen-size bedding. The unit also has a full laundry, elegant bathroom and balcony with outdoor seating. It’s one of the best neighbourhoods to stay if you’re attending a match at AAMI Park, the MCG or Rod Laver Arena. It also offers convenient access to many of Melbourne’s green spaces, along with regular trains and trams to the CBD and surrounding suburbs. House rules You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply: - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am - No parties or antisocial behaviour - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval - No pets are allowed in the property without approval - No smoking is allowed at any times - If you break something, please let us know - To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police. IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment near the Botanic Gardens! The air conditioning kept the place cool, and the patio was perfect for enjoying my morning coffee, The kitchen was well-equipped, and I loved having a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze,
