    We enjoyed our stay, very clean and extremely comfortable bed. Quiet area as well which was a bonus.

    I've stayed here many times from when it became Adara apartments as it now transitions to Richmond Central Apartments and while Bianca at Reception is fantastic the state of the Apartments is needing attention, my apartment #201 was great balcony not seen cleaning or maintenance in God knows how long, two ironing boards beside the washing machine but no iron, I put all of the kitchenware through the dishwasher which had all of the rubber seals falling off, the standard of cleaning I can see exists of no more than empty rubbish, and a quick mop and vacuum and change bed linen, my next stay in 4 weeks time is not here as the rate is too high for a product that really needs a deep clean, I scrubbed the dirty burnt pot so I could use it, I want to keep staying here but Central Apartments needs to lift their game, I'm ex Hotel Management, they can make more money out of this property with it's location, they just need to do better

    Great place you stay after seeing a show in or around Melbourne park!! A couple of brewery visits in Richmond then a show at Margaret Court Arena, able to walk back to Hotel which was very clean and staff friendly

    Great location near Epworth. Just a little disappointed that the body wash wash empty, no blankets, and bathroom had a loose mixer tap in the hand basin and overall bathroom little dates with some mould. But staff member on late arrival was exceptionally helpful & secured parking was great. So just depends what’s a priority for your trip.
