    I have stayed here for 15 years under Adara Apartments and now it is half Richmond Central Apartments, Bianca at reception was great and let me know as soon as the room was ready as I had arrived early, my only problem was the extremely limited availability of reception, they have a notice on the office door with a mobile number on it but when you call it you get through to a recorded announcement in an american accent telling you that you have reached the emergency contact number and non urgent call outs will be charged to you. I needed to store my bag on the morning of departure and this was made very difficult. I would like to see them set up more stable reception hours. I will be back in October, it is my preferred place to stay in Melbourne

    Had a family member as a patient at Epworth hospital and so the convenience of staying so close was fantastic, i wouldn't go anywhere else now. Definitely good value for money. You would not be disappointed.

    It has potential, but a lot of work to do. I love the neighborhood, location was strategic (near everything including a hospital), price range was acceptable and room was big. They also kept the provision of hair dryer, very fragrant shampoo and body wash and toothbrushes. However, I think construction is ongoing together with some transition (read in some review) and so the place was literally basic .. even gym was closed. Curtains were outdated and gloomy, carpet truly old, couch had stains and color fading. The old like smell is also present but livable. There did not seem to be a dining area too. On service, they had confusing signs outside the door and a miss on sending my PIN, but their AI for their hotline was sophisticated enough to understand my issue and so an actual person was informed and attended to me immediately. Over-all, my rating is a blend of it having potential but a lot of work to do to avoid losing or turning away customers. If you just want a quick sleep in and parking for your things, it is an acceptable place. If you are looking for comfort, cheerful vibe, you need to look elsewhere. Hopefully after whatever they are doing to their place, the accomodation becomes better.
