Quiet & easy access to Epworth hospital Spacious apartment with kitchen very well set up

Close to hospital. Safe property. Good water pressure.

This is my third stay. Unfortunately the most recent room I was in was below standard. Room 105. Very bad. The bath was not clean, there was brown scum. The taps in the bathroom seemed about to fall off. I have had exactly the model of washing machine (Electrolux washer/dryer) with never a leak. But the machine in room 105 leaked immediately and badly. Luckily I knew how to stop the wash and drain. I then had to hand wash. I used the spin function of the machine. Fine. Dryer function sometimes worked. Sometimes counted down to zero in seconds. I think this must be a known problem as there is a drying rack. The bathroom sink was not clean, nor was the coffee table. The whole apartment needed to be deep cleaned. This really surprised me as my other stays at adara have always had very clean rooms. Maybe this room had a different cleaner.
