It's very easy to collect the property keys anytime.

The trash bin is too small.

The location of the property was fabulous. Trams 12 and 109 are on the doorstep and it's a 10 minute walk to the MCG. Smith Street is a 5 minute walk for food, food shopping and drinks. The apartment is comfortable. I thought the bed was a little hard but the husband loved it.

Not really what we didn't like just a few suggestions. Some blinds in the bedroom would be good. If someone stays up watching tv and the other goes to bed, the glass wall to the bedroom allows the light from the TV in making the bedroom bright. A few extra utensils would be handy eg a corkscrew/bottle opener, another salad bowl, tongs, some washing powder. We were there for a 10 day stay and the towels and linens needed a refresh. Wifi would be handy.

The property was modern, well-furnished with high quality finishes and felt luxurious.

The key pick up/drop off location was far from the property, making it very inconvenient to walk to with luggage or drop keys off during oddly timed check-outs. There was also no wifi at the property

Central to the hospitals in East Melbourne The bottle of wine and pack of cards was a nice touch

The instructions for getting to the parking were not clear, we were directed to a car park marked with a P, however, there were two on the street. There were multiple key fobs, but no direction on which one was required for which activity. Having to collect keys from an alternative location was challenging, it was a good job there were two of us to pull over in the car whilst one jumped out. The remote check in that needed to be done before we collected the keys was cumbersome and time consuming. The fan in the bedroom was running on full when we arrived and as a result it took a long time to get the apartment feeling warm.
