Appartement bien équipé et très propre résidence sécurisée avec une place de parking.
La piscine est très agréable en cette période estivale.

Ruhige Lage, sauberes Apartment, eingezäuntes Grundstück mit Parkplatz. Fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten ist ein Intermarché mit Tankstelle, eine Pizzeria und eine Bäckerei/Konditorei zu erreichen.
Die Umgebung ist leider insgesamt nicht besonders ansprechend/einladend. Viel Abfall und Schmutz auf Gehwegen und in den Grünflächen. In die Innenstadt und zur Pond sind es ca. 1 Stunde Gehzeit.

- Logement propre et bien équipé, à proximité de marche du centre ville
- Petite piscine bien qu'un peu froide
- Place de parking privé
- Résidence sécurisée et calme
- Ligne de trains très proche. Pas trop gênant au final mais à mentionner tout de même.
- Climatisation dans le salon uniquement (ventilateurs dans les chambres)
