A very comfortable apartment with a seperate bedroom, dining, kitchen & bathroom. It even had a small outdoor courtyard. The price was very reasonable and only a few minutes walk to the centre of Arras. There was a free public carpark at the end of the street.

Location good, communication very poor, parking inaccurate, not recommended.

The location. The space. The area is quiet at night.

Communication very poor: they do not answer the phone, even when there is a problem, so why do they provide a phone number? Messages did not come through email from Bookings.com, so I did not receive the message asking for the payment of the deposit (of which I was aware, but had no idea how to pay: I had assumed that someone would meet me when I arrived, as the fact that there was a key safe was not revealed until after I had had paid the deposit (after a lot of hassle!)). Indeed the "checkout" email arrived 32 hours AFTER the checkout time! The parking is mis-represented: it implied private parking including EV charger, but in fact it is in a (very close) public car park which was totally full all the time, so very stressful. There is a Nespresso machine, but no coffee pods left for use! The fitted bed sheet had not been ironed and was really unacceptably crinkled. The outdoor space is grotty and needs to be tackled. And the final straw was the "guide" in the property asked for guests to strip the bed. I did not! What a cheek! In conclusion, the location is good, but the description especially parking is mis-leading, and the communication a disaster.

Great location. Large apartment with added bonus of terrace great value for money

Could do with sofa or couple armchairs in Lounge/dining area . Also fan for hot weather.Think this may be in the pipeline as looks as if being refurbed and a great job they are doing. Would appreciate quicker notice with code to get in as got 10mins before check-in time . To just respond and let me know that’s what was happening would have been great . Overall great stay and would stay again. Thanks Stacy

Great. Suited our needs for a convenient 1 night stay in Arras

The apartment was tidy and clean and the location was great, along with available street parking.

The apartment is in a converted old building so its possible to hear noise from above, but not a big deal.

Bien dans l’ensemble

Le logement est très bien situé et spacieux, il y a un parking gratuit à 3 mn à pied, conforme aux photos

La vaisselle n’était vraiment pas propre (couche de gras et résidus au fond des poêles), l’éponge à disposition était très usagée, nous n’avons pas pu cuisiner. C’est dommage qu’il ne soit pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres de la chambre

Bien situé sur Arras, assez proche de la famille.

L’appartement étant situé au rez-de-chaussée, les fenêtres étaient verrouillées ; la salle de bain était assez grande, par contre la douche manquait d’entretien. De plus aucun balai n’était à disposition.
