立地、施設、対応すべて素晴らしく良かったです♪　それまでに二つのアパートメントで不快な思いをしたため、非常に不安を抱えていましたが、この宿をとって良かったです。鍵については動画で説明を見ることができました。ホストの対応が迅速で安心できた。立地も良く、広く快適でした。テラスがあるのも良かったです。施設以外の質問にも快く対応してくれました。地下鉄、トラムの駅が近いのに加え、空港シャトルも近くにあり大変便利でした。スーパーが通り道にあるのも非常に便利、遅くまで営業している飲食店や、ローカルの雑貨店も徒歩圏内にあり、女性一人でも安心して宿泊できます、（不安を感じさせる人と行きかう場面はありましたので、警戒は必要です）これはミラノでは当たり前かもしれません。 本当にありがとうございました。

洗濯機が故障していたのは残念。長期利用者への割引があったらさらに評価したいと思いますが、贅沢かもしれませんね。

Convenient location and fast communication with the property agency.

Not as comfy as an apartment, but ok for a trip where you only come back to sleep!

This flat is in a really peaceful and quiet street and the neighbours are also quiet. The streets and the neighbourhood is lovely and safe even late at night. The flat was absolutely clean and well equipped. There is a little balcony and sufficient daylight during the day. The bathroom is beautiful and functioning very well. Upon arrival there were some snacks on the dining table, little proportions of oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, but also coffee capsules and tea. There were free toiletries. The wifi worked very well, I had no problem. In the neighbourhood there is a big grocery store where you can buy everything you need. From Malpensa Airport, this flat is an easy access: airport shuttle bus, you get off at Piazzale Lotto and the flat is a 4-5 minute walk from there. The subway line and buses are also close so within 20-30 minutes I was able to reach the city center (I bought a Milano Card for 2 days and it contains one line of shuttle bus). So basically I had an amazing 2 days weekend getaway, I easily reached Duomo and the lively center but at night I had peace and quiet.

The smartlock system was a pain at first but I recieved assistance from the reception. No other problems.

Yatak bir koltuk ve rahat değil.İlk gece üzerime örtmek için bir şey bırakılmamıştı.Dolaplardna birinde bir yorgan buldum oda lekeli ve pisti.İşletmeciye 18:00 den sonra ulaşamıyorsunuz bu bir sorun yaşadığınızda mesela yorgan gibi onunla hayatınıza devam etmeniz anlamına geliyor.Rezervasyondan sonra gelen mailde çöp atma talimatları ve internet şifresi ile ilgili bilgilerin odadaki kitapçıkta yazılı olacağı söyleniyor ancak öyle bir kitapçık yok. Wp tan yazdım geç dönüldü.çöpü hatalı ayırmanız halinde ceza ödeyeceğinize dair bir mail geliyor ancak çöp atma talimatları dairede yok.Kirli yorgan ertesi gün yenisi ile değiştirildi
