first of all, I want to say that I chose this accommodation due to its proximity to MiCo as I was in Milan at an event takig place there.
since I booked it I have communicated my arrival time on the app (15:00, my plane land at 13:30 at Malpensa). a couple of days before my arrival I was asked to let them know when I will be arriving. on the day of my arrival, when I was waiting for boarding to begin, I got an whatssapp message from Adrian Mendez asking me when I should arrive. my answer never change, it was still around 15 back then. I also told them when my flight was supposed to land at Malpensa airport. I also asked him which train/ bus to take just to double check with google maps. he told me that if i want to help him I should take a taxi ( min 100€ ride!!!!!) just because he has another client who arrives at 15:00 in the other side of the city and that if I arrive after 14:30 HE WOULD NOT EXTRA CHARGE ME (showing me this way how nice of a guy he is). this was the first tine I ever heard about extra charge as on the accomodation page it writes clearly that the check in is between 15 and 20. I asked him what extra cost is he talking about and told him clearly that if my plane lands at 13:30 there wouls have been impossible to arrive there at 14:30. He told me to wait til 16:00 as he has this other client. At that point I was not coming from home, I was already doing another business trip and I just wanted to arrive somewhere where I could relax and rest as I had another important event on the way. I asked him what to do as I communicated CLEARLY 3 times already that this is my arriving hour. He told me that he will be waiting for me at 15:00 and that if I do not arrive within 45 minutes he will leave for the other client who respects the time of other clients and that it is in bad taste to let him, who is already on Milan, FOR ME WHO STILL DOESN’T KNOW WHICH BUS TO TAKE?!?! This has been the RUDEST way someone from Booking.

Panne d’électricité à deux reprises, et malgré mes sollicitations, le propriétaire n’a donné aucun retour. J’ai été obligé de demander l’aide du voisinage pour pouvoir avoir de l’électricité dans le logement.
