Apartment - Parking and Free Wifi

le jours de larriver soucie de cle on devais les récupere a 15h mes a 18h toujours pas les clé avec la chaleur et ma petite fille de 4ans et 12ans on a du prendre un hotel a 200 euro pour la nuit et le lendemain matin enfin les clé etait la

Location was superb. Great connection with public transport and close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and cafes. Property also offered a free parking ……… which is very helpful in Milan!

Check in was a mess. Went to the designated pick up point just to found that there were no keys in the safety box - apparently cleaners did not return the keys afterwards. Called the phone and after several minutes the contact indicated me that they were spare keys inside the building and that I could go over there and “someone” will be there………. Which never happened Arrived at the location and Managed to barely communicate in Italian with a person that let me in inside the complex and then had to wait for another person to leave the actual building so I can ask her if I can go inside and pick up the keys that were in this apartment. Luckily both people were extremely nice and helped me to get in (without knowing me whatsoever) and after more that 1 hour of struggles I finally managed to get access to the apartment.
