La struttura si trova in zona fornitissima di mezzi,si può girare tutta Milano. La proprietaria, signora gentilissima e disponibile, struttura pulita e curata,la consiglio

È ormai mia abitudine soggiornare qui. L' accoglienza e la disponibilità della proprietaria sono state come al solito eccellenti. La struttura è pulita, accogliente, comoda.

Rumori notturni dalle 23.00 alle 2.00 di ogni notte del mio soggiorno L' accensione del riscaldamento alle ore 6.00 è un po' scomoda per chi inizia la giornata lavorativa ad orari normali Andrebbe aumentata la disponibilità di bagnoschiuma e shampoo

the place was nice for a two night stay

Our experience was very disappointing, mainly because of the staff’s attitude. Due to unexpected flight and train delays, we arrived later than planned. Instead of showing any understanding or flexibility with the check-in, we were simply told to take a taxi, even though it was extremely expensive from the airport to the apartment. We were also told that we were “lucky” that a late check-in fee had not yet been introduced, as if we should consider this a benefit, despite our late arrival being caused by unexpected flight and train delays. Another issue was the tourist tax. We were told it had to be paid in cash, but nowhere in the booking was it mentioned that the tourist tax had to be paid in cash. We were also never informed of this in any message before our arrival. Since we didn’t have any cash with us, we tried to find a solution. After a lot of discussion, we managed to pay the tourist tax via PayPal as a “favour”. However, because the payment was not made exactly the way they wanted, they blamed us for the situation and kept insisting that we should pay the same amount again in cash, even though the money had already been sent through PayPal. Communication throughout our stay was also very confusing. We were dealing with three different people, all of whom seemed to have different roles. It appeared that the person we communicated with was an external representative rather than the actual host. Then there was the owner, and finally another woman who met us to hand over the keys. This made the whole process unnecessarily complicated and inconsistent. On top of that, we gave the woman who waited to hand us the keys a €20 tip because she stayed later to accommodate our delayed arrival, but this gesture did not seem to be appreciated at all. Overall, the apartment itself was fine, but the lack of professionalism, understanding, and clear communication completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend staying here.
