The apartment was great, big, had everything we needed and very clean. I also liked the location, had nearby a lot of transport options (tram, busses). The communication was great and the registration very easy. The check in and check out was very easy too.

Great place to stay outside of central Milan

Very clean and it was very well facilitated. air con was a huge plus and the shower was great

Very good budget apartment in accessible area close to the centre of the Milan

The apartment has two large bedrooms and is in a secure gated complex. It was very clean with lots of wardrobe space. It was very good value for money and although it was away from the centre of Milan, it was easily accessible by trams and buses which ran every few minutes. The stuff were very helpful.

Not recommended

There is a strong smell of humidity in one of the two rooms. We remained 2 days without warm water in autumn. When alerted, the owner took time and never really solved the issue. We had to solve it by ourselves by disturbing the neighbour at night, who had our boiler in his apartment! We asked for a partial refund, no answer. I’m a frequent traveler to Milan, will definitely not come back.

It was aight, The weather was nice.

I liked that the ceiling was tall so I could play all day long and not hit my head on the ceiling. Also good echo for my freestyles. Shoutout

I didn’t like that there’s no shoe rack, especially when I care about shoe safety. Also, we never met the staff except the lady in charge who was nice. And the location is far from real Milan.

Absolutely nothing, avoid this place at all costs.

Well where do I start,first of all the beds were broken and you couldn’t use them and the sockets on the wall where loose and broken, the door handles fell off in the toilet, flat was dirty, all the bed covers where dirty and stained, owners very rude and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a tramp… avoid at all costs.

Worst experience ever

The city

The staff asked for additional money after we have already booked and paid. They didn't give us keys for the building entrance door, so we had to wait for others to enter the building. It was the worst booking experience ever, imagine coming to the apartment in the night and not being able to enter.

Exceptional

Nice apartment, easy to self check-in, and good connection to city centre. San Siro stadium and Casa Milan are quite close.

It was nice and rooms were great size for price, just the little details need fixing

Rooms were nice and beds were comfy, the receptionist was really friendly.

The stove didn’t work and none of the staff were available to help, also the beds were not made. Collection of glass bins outside the main bedroom woke me up in the morning.

Apartment not cleaned enough

A new (or rennovated) apartment. It is linked well with Milano City Center by tram and busses.

I booked a two-rooms apartment but we used only the one room. The second room wasn't usable because it hadn't been cleaned up and didn't include clean sheets and blankets. Generally, cleaning wasn't good in the whole apartment.

It was ok, nothing to be excited. If you need a cheap room close to the center of Milan, this is a good choice.

Clean and well maintained. Good value for money considering the price in Milan.

The boiler was very small, hot water used to finish in few minutes. It’s presented like an apartment, but in reality are just two rooms with a shared toilet. One of the rooms wasn’t provided with bed/pillow sheets, and pillows were dirty. No mattress cover under the bed sheet in the other room. Towels were smelling bleach. The check-in is terrible, using a weird procedure with video shared on YouTube and personal data to be compiled using Google Form.

Passable

The whole collection keys situation was very frustrating! They kept sending messages and telling me that I have to have good internet connection whole day (because this is what you have when you travel on a plane, right?!). They were foricing filling out an extensive questionare and asked you to submit picture of ID (they aren't any trusted institution to give them picture of my personal data over google docs form!) because they coudn't leave a paper form in the room to "check in"? And I must submit this form to get info how to get into the room! The key box was on the other side of the street which took forever to find and the rest - insted oif giving te apartment number they make a YouTube videos showing a guy opening the door (because I really need an instruction how to turn a key in a lock and it's so fun to stand on a street and watch the videos late in the evning ) then a guy in the instraction video was walking to a room so I was standing on a hall figuring out which door he actually walked in..! Like can't they just put a number or whatever sticker at the door so I know which one is that? Seems like using brain is too much for someone who made this check-in procedure! Also they gave a bunch of keys (no kidding over 6 WITHOUT ANY labelling!!!! So just have fun fitting into the doors which you need to open at least 4 to get inside your room! I really appreciate their hard work on my enteraiment while I was in Milan... Oh and the description says it's a private apartment/studio around 30sm - wll yes but there are two small rooms locked separately (must have been used as shared accomodation befpre)!! So what you really get is 10sm room where is hard to move around and no idea if someone will come to the other room or not...

Good enough

The bathroom is very pretty and the room has a good size, also a small fridge and some useful utensils to cook. Not a walking distance from the main touristic points, but near from bars, supermarkets and public transport. We had to call the host because we had some difficulties to open the doors, who answered our call right away and kindly helped us :)

The window is in front of the trash cans and it doesn't close completelly, so we didn't have a lot of privacy. Also, the last night was very noisy because many people were throwing garbage (specially glass) in the trash cans.

Da incubo

Siamo rimasti fuori. La serratura del portone che dà accesso alle camere non funziona correttamente. Dopo aver lasciato i bagagli, dopo il check in, siamo usciti per cenare, al nostro rientro la porta non si apriva in nessun modo. Abbiamo chiesto aiuto ai condomini del palazzo, che rientravano, ma non sono riusciti ad aiutarci. Abbiamo inviato un video al signor Federico, colui con cui ci siamo interfacciati in fase di prenotazione, ma non ci ha mai risposto. Abbiamo provato a chiamare tutti i numeri di emergenza indicati sul profilo whatsapp del signor Federico senza nessuna risposta. Abbiamo addirittura provato a contattare i vigili del fuoco, e il 112 che non potevano far nulla, non potevano rompere la serratura. Siamo stati ore davanti al portone, finché gli inquilini dell’altra camera che stavano per uscire hanno aperto il portone e siamo riusciti ad entrare. Esperienza unica che non auguro a nessun altro ospite. Il signor Federico si è ricordato di spendere dopo il check out. Camera 3 senza aperture, un piccolo buco, mancava l’aria. La camera 2 oltre al letto ha un lavandino e due piastre elettriche come fornelli. Materassi scomodissimi, sembrava di sprofondare. Pulizia mediocre.

Ci siamo adattati!

Siamo stati contattati dall' host che, con gentilezza, ci ha inviato le indicazioni per accedere. L'appartamento è vicino a fermate di tram e autobus anche se noi, vista la zona, abbiamo preferito spostarci con il taxi (soprattutto di sera). L'appartamento ha un condizionatore in ogni stanza ed ha una doccia comoda e grande.

L'appartamento non si trova in una delle zone migliori di Milano! Ci aspettavamo fosse un po' più grande e spazioso. Le pareti sporche; purtroppo c'erano insetti morti sul pavimento ed anche sul comodino della mia stanza. La finestra di una camera affaccia direttamente sui secchioni dell'immondizia!
