Worth the money

In a little outskirts of the city centre, the area is easily accessible via trams and buses.

Comfotrable and modern, equipped with basic utility items.

Technically this ruined the whole nice weekend. No heating at all(in december), altough we asked for it. It was 4 degrees outside, approx 13-14 inside in the evening. Cockroach ín the bathroom.

Big bed, nice bathroom.

We were cut off from electricity and had no contact with the apartment owner. There was no iron what is rather a standard in such apartments. We got few toilet paper and no trash bags so we had to either buy some or not keep the apartment clean and pleasant.

They refused to even give me compensation after making me use hand soap to bath which gave me body and eyes problem

It was close to the bus stop.

First day after arriving we had a problem with a sink in the bathroom. I texted the owner about it, asking him about a possibility to fix it, as we weren't able to use it and he simply left me on "read", not caring at all even just to text back. The floor in the room was not swept, there was some paper trash in the drawers. The neighborhood was extremely bad. As we were two girls, as soon as we stepped out of the bus, we felt unsafe - drunk individuals whistling at us, staring at us weirdly..this didn't happen in other areas that we visited. Also I don't reccommend to go by bus in the night - full of drunk and homeless people, there was even a fight. Although this is not the owner's fault, as we should have done a better research about the area.

El lugar es facil de encontrar, envian indicaciones muy claras, hasta con video para poder ingresar y encontrar todo facilmente, es una ubicacion segura, limpia y agradable.

La atencion se siente muy impersonal, como ser atendido por una gran empresa; nunca se habla con nadie en persona, solo por correo, y tardan en responder, se siente uno como un numero

BUENA UBICACIÓN Y ANFITRION AMABLE

Thari muy amable desde el primer contacto, facilidad con los idiomas y con buenas recomendaciones de lugares que visitar. Recomiendo este lugar, además que cuenta con una estación de bus y tren a unos metros, y con ello te puedes movilizar rápidamente al centro de Milan.

Ordentliche Unterkunft, aber mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Lage und Größe waren in Ordnung, besonders die Bar „La Cassata“ nebenan können wir sehr empfehlen. Super leckeres Frühstück.

Die Kopfkissenbezüge wirkten verwaschen, und sahen dadurch schmuddelig aus. Im Bad fehlten Ablagen und Handtuchhalter, der Toilettendeckel war locker. Zudem war es morgens ab 5 Uhr durch Lärm von der Zufahrt sehr laut.

Prima appartement voor paar dagen smart working

Ruime kamer, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt voor een paar dagen ‘smart working’ en genieten van de stad. Bus halte voor de deur en ook gratis parkeren. Dicht uit supermarkt en snelweg. Zelf inchecken verliep goed! Personeel vraagt hoe het verblijf gaat en of je nog wat nodig hebt, prettig!

Gehorig, doordat het appartement is opgedeeld in twee verblijven, zijn de muren erg dun en gehorig. Maar met oordoppen ging het prima! Het was viezig. Stof en haren op de vloer. Spetters van het koken op de muur. Niet erg schoon dus.. heb het eerst zelf ontsmet. In de woonkamer was geen verwarming. Het was niet erg koud, doordat de verwarming in de badkamer nog warmte gaf naar de woonkamer. Maar een klein verwarmingselement zou fijn zijn geweest.
