Lovely layout, spotlessly clean, lots of attention to detail, accommodating hosts, perfect location for our needs, loved the fact we had free on-site parking too.
A slightly larger, thicker duvet would have been nice but otherwise faultless.

Close to JR Hospital where I needed to be. Lovely cottage down garden from main house. Very pretty. Everything you need with nice welcoming touches. Communications from host as to whether everything ok.
Mattress a bit hard if I was staying several nights. All else perfect.

This is a true gem of a property. Spacious, beautifully laid out and decorated. Everything has been thought about by the owners and you feel it has been done by thinking of this as a home from home. Every little thing has been thought of.

The large, partitioned garden room was clean, comfortable, well equipped and quiet, with an excellent shower and a comfortable bed. Parking on the drive worked well and there were frequent buses connecting to the town centre.
It was a little gloomy, as there is only a small window. A few days before I was due to book in, the hosts messaged to say they were going on holiday the day after I arrived and so I did not see them. This was unfortunate for me as, being an older female travelling without my husband, I had chosen the booking exactly because the hosts would be just across the garden. I think they should have let me know at booking that they would not be there and given me the option to cancel the booking, which I would have done. I did have their telephone number, they did check I was ok by text, and they had people on the ground who would help if necessary. However, it is a secluded garden with a road running along the back of the garden and the front door lock was just an internal room lock. I am sure a couple would have been perfectly happy there but I am afraid I returned home with some relief.
