Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole property which includes the separate AC controlled game room, back yard and beach front. There is not a boat lift or dock available for this home.
The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is close to local waterfront restaurants such as Boat Town Burger Bar, Patio 2900 Pizzeria, and Wakepoint LBJ, and Hooper's. It is near local attractions such as the Slab, Longhorn Caverns, Spider Mountain and local wineries.
This area is perfect for boating, fishing, and swimming as this home is located on a quieter part of the Llano River.
Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property or around to the local attractions.
Other Things to Note:
We are available by phone, text, email, or in person if the need arises.
DOG Friendly with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 dog limit under 80lbs. We will also require a signed Pet Agreement as well as a copy of the current vaccinations.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!
All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.

We came for the long holiday weekend with extended family, including adults, teens and children. The space was perfect indoors and out!

This was our 2nd year at this property. It was perfect for our large group. We loved the beautiful house, spacious kitchen, the garage gameroom, the patios, the beach and the lake. We hope to return again next summer.

This has become our yearly go-to place for our family to all get together. It’s large enough for us and we especially love the large kitchen with extra utility space to store all our food. The two refrigerators are a BONUS! And they really keep the stickers under control in the yard and in the sand - makes for great barefoot lake vacation and family baseball game in the sand. We did have a little accident with a cut foot in the water and there was not a first aid kit to be found. That would be our only suggestion for the owner to have one for access if needed. But really, they’ve thought of everything else. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

We had a wonderful time at this property. This was the first vacation rental that we had ZERO complaints about. The pictures listed don’t do it justice. It was clean, plenty of room for our 10 adults and 5 children. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances etc. very comfortable beds and pillows. Lake was beautiful (be careful walking down, there are stickers in the grass). Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back if we need that much space.
