Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access the entire property with the exception of the outdoor kitchen located on the upper deck of the boat dock.

Getting Around:
House is just minutes away from the Kingsland Community Public Boat Ramp, HEB, and several local restaurants.

Security cameras located at the front door as well as the dock.
We are available via phone, text, email, or in person if need be.
This property is Dog Friendly with pre-approval and a $100 per pet fee. We also require a signed pet agreement as well as a copy of the current vaccination records.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and look forward to it each year. We really enjoy sitting on the back porch looking out over the water and the kids love jumping off the dock. It's a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are extremely quick to respond as well. I highly recommend renting both houses together.

Third year in a row for old college buddies golf outing. Property is perfect for us and is great. Hill Country have been absolutely wonderful to us.

When we arrived at the home there were at least 8 huge dead roaches. The cable on the tv in den area was not working. The management company sent me a text Saturday stating to call or reply to message w any issues- I did respond to text saying cable wasn’t working- ( we were hoping to watch college football)- by Sunday I still had not heard from them, so I called in morning- was told someone would be by- by afternoon I had not heard from anyone so I called, and then someone did come out only to say the cable wire had been knocked on outside. The management company did not appear concerned. Backyard in this home was nice, kitchen is very small.
