Guest Access:

Entire House, Private Beach Area with Floating dock/swim platform. The covered dock is a part of the neighboring property and not for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

- Being on Lake LBJ allow you to enjoy all the lake activities- swimming, boating, kayaking, etc.

- The Slab - A Kingsland favorite is a fun swimming area just down the road.

- Close to Inks Lake State Park and Longhorn Cavern State Park

- Golf Courses nearby - The Legends Golf Course, The Lighthouse Country Club, Blue Lake Golf Club, and Horseshoe Bay

- Wineries are also nearby - Perisso's Winery, Flat Creek Estate Winery & Tons of Restaurants!



Getting Around:

There is not any public transportation close by. The house has a huge driveway and plenty of parking at the property



Other Things to Note:

Someone will be available by phone, text, email, or in person if need be before and during your stay!



Pets are not allowed at this property! If evidence of pets are found, an automatic charge of $500 charges the card on file.



Beach Towels are not provided and we ask that you please not use the bath towels that are provided at the Beach Area. Thank You in advance!



Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.



In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.



As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.



The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.



The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.



All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.



There is a floating boat dock system for guests to use.
