About this house rental
Summary:
Located on one of the most serene sections of Lake LBJ. Opting for a clean and uncluttered energy, you’ll find this property equipped for the most discerning guests. A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen, gorgeous primary suite, a electrifying game room and ample sleeping and living space for the whole family. While the indoor space is sublime, the outdoor amenities are what truly set this home apart. A sparkling pool, massive hot tub, full outdoor kitchen, fire table and breath taking views.
The Space:
Conveniently located on Lake LBJ next the area’s best coffeeshops, restaurants, grocery stores (HEB is just a couple miles away!) and local shops. You are minutes from all the outdoor activities you are seeking, and just a short jaunt to two boat ramps, with many recreational opportunities nearby.
Kingsland is a lakeside paradise, and this area is dotted with the cutest shopping and restaurants. Great drinks, great food and great times is what the area is known for. In addition the home is only 30 minutes from Spider mountain.
With 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate everyone in your group. The primary suite is massive and offers incredible lake views. Sunset inside the primary suite is MIND BLOWING. There is an additional ensuite on the first level of the home. The pool is awesome and is perfect for lounging and family fun.
Each additional bedroom offers resort level comfort. Three bedrooms upstairs share the large hall bath. The game room beds and downstairs bedroom share a full bath and a half bath downstairs as well. The bunk room offers 4 queen beds and 4 twin beds.
The outdoor amenities are absolutely spectacular, with a large covered area offering both a lounge area and outdoor kitchen. The outdoor space not only offers all of the fun with a pool, 12 person hot tub and kitchen with a grill but you also get ample seating to enjoy the views with your favorite drink in hand.

Car is your best bet. Bicycle will get you into town.
Other Things to Note:
1. This home is animal free. We do not allow pets NOR service animals. This is due to a severe allergy from the homeowner. This has been cleared and approved with Airbnb.
2. The home does have a slip but it can only be used to park jet ski's, kayaks and canoes. If you need to tie your boat up, there are bumper board and cleats as we do not get much wake in this area typically. There are several boat rental companies in the area and two public boat ramps nearby. Rental boats can typically be delivered.
3.Please be advised that the mailbox is strictly for the owner's access only. Kindly make alternative arrangements for receiving your mail.
4.Pool maintenance is performed weekly without prior notice. The team ensures the pool is serviced regularly each week.

**If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.**
Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.
