Nestled to the side of the iconic County House Building Forget-me-not House is in a beautiful gated development of mews style properties offering free secure parking and a 2 minute walk to the Monkbar entrance to the city - the location couldn't be better!

This beautiful and stylish mews house Sleeps 5 across 3 floors, it has 3 bedrooms, one Kingsize, one double, (on the 2nd floor) and a single (on the ground floor)

Each room has bags of character and has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The dining room leads onto a lovely sunny courtyard, accessed via French doors.

The living room with its extravagant and sumptuous pink sofa, large smart TV, an electric fire and beautiful large arched window which overlooks the gated area is a very stylish space to relax.

A newly fitted modern state of the art kitchen with additional gadgets such as a nespresso coffee machine and wine fridge is situated on the 1st floor directly opposite the lounge. The kitchen is well stocked with good quality appliances - fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave.

The family bathroom has been recently refurbished with a shower over the bath and there is also an additional WC on the ground floor.

Nestled to the side of the iconic County House Building - a Grade II Listed historical building of importance to the City or York, you will find County House Mews, a gated development of mews style properties.
Forget-me-not has views of the county house building as well as a very pleasant outlook into the gated area. It is peaceful and secure and hard to believe that just around the corner is the hussle and bussle of the city.
One of the most popular and picturesque access points to the city walls is just around the corner too.

We provide a free parking space for one car in front of the house which is in a secure gated area and accessed with a fob key - please note commercial vehicles and vans are not permitted.

It is easy to walk from the house to the centre of York and access to the beautiful city walls is on the doorstep. For convenience there is a very large sainsburys supermarket just around the corner.

Families with small children should note that 2 bedrooms are on the top floor and one of the bottom floor.
Children and Infants Children of all ages are welcome There are no additional beds or convertible sofa beds available. 0-2 years - we can provide 1 travel cot free of charge on request - bedding should be provided by the guest. We provide 1 High Chair. We provide a stair gate at the top of the stairs. The fixtures and fittings should be thoroughly checked by the guest before use.
Additional Charges - where they apply -
£50 for call outs for lost keys or keys locked in the property
£100 for additional cleaning should guests smoke in the property
Additional cleaning fees should the property require more cleaning than normal
