We had a nice stay at this property, and the host was very kind and accommodating. The location is perfect! The Zócalo is only a few minutes walk away. It's walking distance to other museums, Michelin restaurants, and native, Oaxacan cuisine. Taxis come by every 2 mins. and there are several cafes almost nextdoor. We had the one bedroom apartment with two extra beds and sofa. The apartment is turnkey and has streaming services like Netflix, Disney and Prime. Cleaning comes in everyday if you need it. I highly recommend Suites Independenica.

This was the perfect experience for our family. Our host was very attentive to our needs. The location of the unit is very close to everything, so we never even needed to get a taxi. Would highly recommend!

Gigantic room, bigger than most studio apartments in the States. All the amenities one could think of. Excellent staff and ownership. Excellent location in relation to center of town.

So centrally located and mostly quiet at night. Comfortable spacious rooms with portable air conditioners/fans. Basic kitchen facilities, but had what we needed. Had a king bed and then two double beds in main open area of kitchen and dining room. Separate bathroom/toilet - could have been a bit cleaner, but worked fine. Excellent communication, sorting out any requests quickly. Close to lots of restaurants, tours and the main city plaza and grocery store. Didn't need the daily clean, so price was reduced. Highly recommend this accommodation.
