Comfortable but room for improvement by the hosts.

The bedrooms were nice and very comfortable

We had to resolve a number of issues while we were there, e.g. not enough towels for the number of guests staying, keys not in the right location, etc. It was a bit difficult making these requests and while the host was responsive, we had to feel guitly asking for clean towels after 3-4 days use in a hot climate, they told us they don't normally provide fresh towels for guests and provided them only as an exception.

1. The location of the room (the window faced the outdoor lights and the stairways to the roof) 2. The outdoor lights meant that I used the shade to block out the light, but this made the room unnaturally dark 3. The missing toilet paper from the bathroom

Elegant with some wrinkles

The rooms were elegant. Well equipped kitchen. Good shower

Nice suite in a great location for seeing the sights

The location was excellent - we could walk to all our tour meetup points, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The suite was clean the kitchenette was convenient. Instructions to check in were good and overall a nice and easy place to stay in a great location.

Only a couple of small suggestions, no big problems. The fitted sheets kept coming off the beds no matter what we did - maybe too small? The air conditioner cooled the room well, but it made a clicking sound that was not great while sleeping.

Pues tal vez no es culpa del alojamiento en sí, nos tocaron de vecinos en el hospedaje personas muy ruidosas incluso una noche fueron a tocar la puerta trasera intentando abrirla (supongo se confundieron de puerta)

Tranquilo y céntrico 👌

Un gran lugar, tranquilo, con todo lo que puedas necesitar en la habitación, además de que está a minutos caminando al mercado de la Merced, centro de Oaxaca y Barrio de Jalatlaco. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí.
