Welcome to Casa Piñones! Step into the entry foyer with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light into the space, integrate indoor and outdoor areas and provide stunning mountain views.
Relax in the main-level living room, the perfect gathering space, with a wood-burning fireplace, high ceilings, and an excellent selection of great books. Get cozy by the fireplace on cold winter nights and watch your favorite show or movie.
Enjoy the chef's kitchen, designed for efficiency and function. It's like a culinary command center where every detail is optimized for creating exquisite meals. The open-concept layout seamlessly flows from the dining area to the kitchen, making it an entertainer’s dream with ample gathering space. The kitchen offers a center island with nearby French doors leading to the garden terrace, where you can enjoy the outdoors and sunset views.
The primary bedroom suite is spacious and beautiful, with a comfortable king-sized bed, luxury linens, and a large walk-in closet. Open the French doors to let in a refreshing breeze from the terrace. The spa-like primary bathroom includes dual vanities and a glass-enclosed steam shower.
On the main level is dedicated office space provides privacy and all the necessary amenities, including a wireless printer.
A power Room powder room is conveniently located on the main level.
The Lower Level:
The downstairs living room is a great space for guests and family. It offers a wood-burning fireplace, wet bar, and two guest bedrooms, with access to the outdoor gardens.
Two spacious guest bedrooms offer comfort and privacy . Along with a shared bathroom with a shower/tub, and L'Occitane bath amenities enhances the experience.
Outdoor living with covered portals. Step outside to the beautiful landscape amidst the juniper and piñon forest. Enjoy outdoor dining with a wood-burning fireplace, gas grill, and a Kamado Big Green Egg and amazing sunsets from the terrace.

Built in 1954 by Las Alamos scientist Arthur Hemmendinger and his wife Peggy.
A beautiful mid-century pueblo home in the heart of an old piñon forest filled with well-loved art and trinkets from the owner's thirty-five years of travel and life. This magical home is in the path of an old river frequented by local native Americans. This land holds the historic artifacts that they use daily.

The owners of Casa Pinones have an eye for design and great attention to detail. The artwork and furnishings in the house are beautifully done and provide an elevated atmosphere. At the same time, the kitchen and bedrooms are fully appointed with everything you could want or need. There are four outdoor patio/seating ares to enjoy the views and landscaping. The overall setting is in a private quiet neighborhood.

Easily the most well appointed rental we have ever stayed in for its class. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with all you need. Great furniture and art. You can tell this isn’t just a rental investment property; the owner’s truly care for the property. We hope to return.
