Fully equipped and well appointed home with everything you could possibly need.
Can't leave any food out as an army of tiny ants will find it!!!

Private and quiet, with uninterrupted views, and easy in-and-out.
A little worn around the edges (one of the exterior tables was broken and has not been replaced, several windows need replacing/don't work, and the floors need repair/refinishing work) - but all these are minor quibbles and very nitpicky.
