It is wonderfully suited both as a festive gathering place, and as a quiet getaway for up to 10 adults. Situated conveniently between the Opera and the Santa Fe Plaza, guests can easily visit sites and restaurants in historic downtown.
LIVING AREA, KITCHEN AND DINING
Stay home to appreciate the charm of Old Santa Fe vigas and beams, a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, central heating and air conditioning, diamond finish plaster walls, and the warmth of a kiva fireplace.
BED AND BATH
The home boasts five bedrooms in total. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The fifth bedroom is accessible via a small spiral staircase, and has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. Additionally, there are three full bathrooms available for your comfort and convenience.
OUTDOOR SPACE
View the magnificent mountains in the evening on the huge private patio.
Additional amenities include; a separate laundry room, two-car attached garage, ample off street parking, huge patios providing breathtaking views, and a private backyard with covered patio/kitchen and large outdoor table for dining and relaxing.

House is well laid out and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. A slow cooker might have been nice, but that is hindsight.

It is a beautiful house with a well-stocked kitchen (it could use some boxes of kleenex throughout the house). The sunny deck out front faces the mountains and has a nice view. There are stairs one needs to walk up to in order to get to the house from the driveway. Since it is next to the highway, one does hear road noise from the road. However, it really is 5-6 minutes to get to the center of town so is very well located.

Views and outdoor spaces were a selling point. Kitchen was large and clean. Cookies and chips were a nice touch. Maple bedrooms. Room adjacent to the garage was a little small, bu the overall spaciousness of the unit made up for it.

Walking up to the property I was concerned because parts of the house and the patio looked run down. In fact, the patio wood needs to be fixed as it could become a safety issue. However, the living/kitchen area is large and can accommodate big groups. We saw deer in the backyard. While you can hear the road a little, the house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown. The sleeping arrangements were tighter than we expected, mainly because the bunk beds are down a spiral staircase into the basement/garage and it was too musty for any of us to sleep in. There were 10 adults staying and we had 6 towels left out for us. It was a process to learn where the extra towels were locked up but we did eventually learn that. There were quite a few issues with the house when we arrived related to cleanliness/maintenance. The manager was very responsive and we appreciated that. However, we did not want the work done while we were there because it was supposed to be a restful vacation for us all.
