About this house rental
This beautiful 1500 sq.ft. two-story Egrets Point Townhome is 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The townhome is gorgeously situated at the edge of a lagoon and nestled among the live oaks and palmettos of Edisto. The townhome offers a spacious and comfortable retreat that will be perfect for you and your family/friends. Featuring a bright, open layout with vaulted ceilings, you will start to unwind the moment you arrive. Conveniently located near the Wyndham resort main entrance, and right around the corner from one of the pools, fitness center, playground, mini golf, bike rentals, and Water's Edge Café. The clubhouse for the golf course and other eateries are also within walking distance.
As you step through the front door, you are welcomed into the bright and open living and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the living area, dominated by huge windows that provide tons of light and breathtaking views of a large and peaceful lagoon. Double doors lead from the dining area to a private deck with dining table/chairs and a gate for keeping your little ones safe. Take a few steps down from the back deck to explore nature and wildlife on the palm-lined paths around the lagoon.
The first floor is completed by a half bath, storage/coat closet, and stacking washer and dryer. The living room features a sofa (for additional sleeping space, the sofa opens to a queen-sized bed) and 2 recliners. In addition to 4 bar stools, the dining area table includes seating for 8.
The second floor includes all three bedrooms. The large primary suite looks out over the lagoon and includes a private balcony with chairs, perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. This room features a king-size bed, full bath with shower/tub combination, dressing room with vanity and sink, and a large walk-in closet.

This third bedroom is great for children, teens, or the young at heart, with its bunk beds featuring a full-size bottom bunk and twin-size top. Please note: This bedroom does not have direct access to either of the floor's ensuite bathrooms.
The property provides easy parking for two cars in a carport and driveway area.
Tucked inside the Wyndham Resort, we provide you a Wyndham Amenities Pass giving you access to the resort's pools and hot tub, tennis courts, mini golf, fitness center, playground, and access to the Wyndham Beach Cabana (restrooms and showers) at beach access point 20. The beach is just a five-minute golf cart ride from the property, or you can take a scenic 15 min stroll to the beach.

Stay here!! Amazing location and wonderful communication with the host. This rental provided us with every possible item we could need, from the well-equipped kitchen to use of the golf-cart, beach chairs and sunshade! The thoughtful amenities provided by our host made for a wonderful vacation! A very nice addition was the use of the amenities card that is provided with the rental for use of the area pools, hot tub and mini-golf! We will definitely return to this rental!!

What an absolutely amazing 2nd trip to Edisto! This location was like being at home. We enjoyed the location being away from the busy Palmetto road area. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked well, the patio off the mater was my favorite, the beach chairs were awesome and the golf cart was a blessing! No fault of the host, but putt putt will cost you 50 depending on the size of your group. We enjoyed the games during the evening rain storms. The beach was so relaxing! We also made a new friend on a walk in the back yard! We hope to be back again and have the ability to stay here again. Owners were easy to get in touch with and were so kind. Thanks for a great place to spend our vacation. My son sure loved turning 12 in Edisto!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation condo for our family! From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed and at home. We were especially appreciative of the well equipped kitchen that had everything and more than we needed. The games, books, beach chairs, bikes and the icing on the cake, the golf cart, took this vacation over the top. What a treat! This condo is very close to the pool, playground, gym and golf course and is located directly on a lagoon. The condo was immaculately clean with comfortable furnishings, including 2 recliners. The mattress, bedding and linens were of high quality and there were plenty of them. We especially loved the decor that included scripture references, plaques and pictures of local churches. Lori was easy to communicate with and extremely prompt and pleasant with her replies.We’ve rented beach condos since the 80s in various locations and this one ranks at the top of our list! Already hoping to book again for next year.
