Your dream vacation awaits in this spacious, beautifully decorated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The house is located on the Plantation Golf Course and less than 200 yards from the restaurants and entertainment of Big Bay Creek including Dockside Restaurant, Edisto Seafood, Briny Swine, Edisto Watersports and Tackle, Edisto Bike Rentals and Pressley's at the Marina. The beach is a 10 minute walk or quick ride along the bike path on the side of Docksite Rd.

Beautiful location over looking the golf course. Very private on a quiet cul de sac and set back from other neighborhoods. Lovely front porch with rocking chairs and a picnic table to watch the spectacular sunsets. Nice kitchen with adequate supplies and updated appliances. The house was probably once a show place… custom cabinets, heart of pine flooring and granite countertops but the lack of attention shows. Stained old area rugs throughout. Sad old furniture. Hooks in master bathroom missing off the walls and now in cabinets instead of being put back up. Lights burned out outside and inside. Rotting wood and missing copper caps on front stairs leading up to front porch. Linens provided but guests have to make up their own beds as they are just left on the foot of bed. With a few upgrades and little TLC this could be a solid 5 star rental.

There were no sheets or pillowcases. They were left for us to make up our own beds. I have never encountered this before. I think it’s pretty shoddy!!

The house is located on the golf course. It is a great location. The house seemed to have been empty for awhile. Upon arrival, we noticed that the counter tops in the kitchen were very dirty. The dishwasher was full of dishes (clean, I think). There were spiders and bugs in almost every corner of the house. The door on the freezer section of the refrigerator was broken off. It was very hard to open. We will choose a different location next time.
